The free guide is a starting point. The club adds our pricing and estimate tool, design planning, and live group calls to help you apply what you learn. It also includes $500 off a park model purchase through Tiny.living.
How could this help me save thousands?
Low purchase pricing is one part. Comparing options, identifying missing project costs, and checking a location before committing can also help prevent expensive mistakes. The opportunity varies by project; we do not promise every buyer the same savings. Every member does receive the $500 discount if they purchase their park model through us.
How does the $500 purchase discount work?
Everyone who joins the Buyer’s Club gets $500 off their park model purchase when buying through Tiny.living. Tell us you are a club member when discussing your purchase so the discount can be included. This is a park model purchase benefit, separate from the $99 club fee.
Do I need land or have to be ready to buy?
No. You can use the club to evaluate your plans before choosing a site or committing to a home. There is no obligation to buy a park model through us. Land, a community site, delivery, and site work are not included in the club purchase.
What can I use right away? Are there videos?
You can start with your buyer profile, the downloadable guide and worksheets, written guidance, Build My Park Model, and Design My Park Model. The group calls run every other Tuesday at 7 p.m. Central, beginning September 22, 2026. Additional video courses are planned; a full video course library is not available yet.
Will this confirm that my property is approved?
No. We help you identify what to check. Placement, utilities, and intended use must be confirmed for your property with the relevant authorities and manufacturer. Park model RVs are intended for recreational or seasonal use, not year-round living.
Is it a monthly subscription? What if it is not for me?
It is one $99 payment with no recurring billing. Request a refund of your club purchase within 30 days by emailing info@tiny.living from your purchase email address. Park model purchases have separate terms.
